Welcome to my blog! Glad
you found it and didn't get lost. And if you stumbled upon this, then thats
pretty awesome too!
I always wanted to write
a blog, truth is, I've never had the time to sit down to write one. Being a
mother of 4 children isn't easy -- I have two daughters (8 and 4 -almost 5-
years old) and two sons (2 years and 3 months old). One discovered an attitude,
one feels victim of Middle-Child Syndrome, one is potty training and one is
teething. You can only imagine what my mornings are like. I am not a single
mom, but my husband is so busy that sometimes I feel like I am. Raising
children can be overwhelming and stressful, but to get a paycheck in kisses
every week is well worth it. #momwin
When I was little, all
the other kids were striving to be doctors and teachers and firemen. But not
me. I wanted to be a Mom. And here I am, being exactly what I always wanted to
be. Not too many people can say that. And not to toot my own horn, but I'm
pretty good at it. I get kids to school, girl scouts, dancing class, playdates
-- not always on time, but they get there! I feed, bathe, dress, and clean up
after them. I make sure their shorts aren't too short and their underwear isn't
too tight. I give endless hugs and kisses and always let them know I am proud
of them..even if it is a mud pie.
No matter how exhausted I
am or how stressed out I may get, I always wear my suit..my SuperMom Supersuit
that is (no capes). Like every super hero, I have super powers. Like being able
to see through walls. Among other powers, but that one's my favorite. #supermom
So far it sounds very one
sided. I don't fan and feed grapes to my children. I just wanted to talk about
how awesome I am first, before I talk about how awesome they are. My life would
not be complete without them. They helped me grow and learn about myself. They
taught me I can do anything. My kids are beautiful. I'm not biased. It's the
truth.
Their undeniable cuteness
is what made me want to pursue my dream of being a photographer. I even took my
hobby to the next level and started my own company Harrington
Photography LLC. I specialize in children and newborn babies, but I have
expanded to other areas. You can check out my website and my other blog that I
am about to start over there!
Well the baby just woke up
so I am going to end this here. Check back to read more about my SuperMom life
